Central Kansas Quail and Pheasant Hunt (Economy 5-day)

Cost per hunter: $325 total


Semi-guided hunt near Salina, KS on a mix of public and private lands.  Hunts vary between driving milo fields with retrievers and using pointers for wild bobwhite quail and ringnecks.  Hunters will be guided each morning to good hunting grounds and will assist them with hunting strategy for different fields.

Package Includes:

-5 days of hunting wild farm country pheasants and bobwhite quail.

-Limited daily assistance from guides with dogs.

-Consultation on travel and lodging arrangements.

-Access to some private lands.

If hunters desire to use dogs all day, they should bring their own.

Hunters are responsible for transportation and lodging arrrangements and expenses.

All hunters must sign a sporting ethics agreement in order to hunt private lands.

Kansas small game hunting license is $70.


Travel Information

Hunters should plan on 1.5 - 2 days of travel time from NC/VA to Salina, KS.  The distance from Hickory, NC is approximately 1250 miles.
